I use the dash-cam for a week now. when it work it is good. but sometimes the screen will freeze and not recording(I am not sure it is still recording or not when it freeze). so I need to reboot it. Sometimes I need to reboot for 5 times in order to get it work. and when I click OK button to stop recording and try to see the menu. It doesn't work.Two camaras in one, unfortunately, the rear camera do not help too much since it records inside of car. If you drive a cab, Uber, left then you need this one to protect yourself. Don’t expect it is able to look though rear windshield.I like this product, but is I don’t like they stick to windows not as good I talk, is happening for my in two weeks I put on and drop and broke part of cameraNot happy! Screen froze up and still can't get it to work properly. I was super excited to get this camera. When I took it out of the box it felt cheap almost like a toy. Then it froze on me. I turned it off and on again still frozen and for the life of me I couldn't get it to go back into the menu mode. The mount would not stay. It kept coming off. Very disappointed with t-is dashcam. Not worth the money if you ask me.Loved the seamless looping, but some time files are blank, or "Unrecognized Format". Tried to find an episode, & it was missing or corrupt. WORTHLESS!!Great
