Item came used too many nick and scratches camera does not rotate to set angle, technical issues with setup menu want disabledGood valuevery good cam, crystal clear picture and 90º view angle is perfect, good product.Everything was as advertised.Easy to install. Much better camera than original equipment that came with my system.Great Camera, Worked perfect. very clear pictureGreat qualityonly works with certain systemsGreat day time vision but unfortunately night vision was not clear at all. Contacted Swann but they only gave me some trouble shooting tasks which was just an attempt to try and show it wasn't a camera problem. Contacted Amazon, returned faulty camera and received replacement which works well. Usual excellent service from Amazon.Firstly, I must say that the service from the supplier was excellent. I got an email to let me know to expect delivery between 10-15 and 11-15 and the parcel arrived at something like 10-17 - brilliant. As for the actual camera, it was bought to use near our front door and I chose it because it had a built in microphone. Other , cheaper dome cameras with a fixed lens done have the mic, so I took the plunge and paid the extra. In my situation, the zoom is wasted. Because the camera is mounted next to the front door to record visitors to the house, when we use the zoom we only get a great view of our flower beds....Although the picture quality and zoom action is really good quality. When I feel let down is that the audio quality is awful. The microphone produces a constant background crackle and sound like you are recording in a fish and chip shop. Even though the camera is in a sheltered position it picks up all the wind noise too. I appreciate that you are limited with the size of the mic in such a compact unit but it falls short of what I had hoped for.Another problem I found was that when the zoom has been set more the one step closer or more, the camera struggles when it need to change between normal vision and infra red or back again. The picture keeps flicking between colour and black and white until eventuallay the light conditions are correct for one or the other situations, then it stablizes. One last point - the wired connection for the zoom to operate has two small and fragile plugs which have to be inserted into a connector block and held in position with a grub screw. Having screwed the plug into the block, you have to insert the block into the back of the base unit. At this point the wires pulled out of the plugs. I had to strip and small piece of shielding from the end of each wire, add some flux and tin the ends with some solder. The soldered ends were then enserted into the connector block and clamped down with the grub screws - problem fixed.Still experienceing the usuall problem with rain at night triggering the movement sensor when using the infra red light - as with the other five bullet cams around the outside of the house.
