This is no my first laser training trainer I have purchased...but it’s the best! I purchased mine of if Amazon & it arrived the next day. When I open the package I was a little disappointed I was expecting a larger target. This measured 9”x 6” made of a tough polycarbonate of sturdy construction with the weight I thought is was steel.It was packaged simply with instructions & 3 new Energizer Batteries...I was impressed! Having another laser training system I plopped it my .45acp cartridge and read the instructions. I read in another review that a laser pointer would be handy & you needed to use a LaserLyte laser I hoped mine would work on my LaserLyte Quick Tyme Target...No Sir as advertised it didn’t work! ?Seeing how “Pricey” they were on Amazon ... I found one for $51 in EBay...? I wasn’t interested in paying upwards of $100 for a cartridge... I would have sent it back!I received my LaserLyte #LT-45 laser training cartridge in .45ACP this morning.After installing the batteries and refreshing my memory by reading the instructions... I set the target in several rooms with different amounts of light “‘my other system is Useless in the day time in doors even in low lighting”I spent 2 hours with the LaserLyte target shooting no less than 500 times & it was “Fun as Hell” it works as advertised and I can’t wait to get another plus there other targets!Yes it’s a little pricey, I paid $176 plus tax & an additional $51 for a cartridge that worked with the target. But since my other system which doesn’t work except in a darkroom & is nothing but two flimsy pieces of plastic & a cartridge”Strikeman” I hit the Lotto!I’m going to give it 5 stars on everything but price ... if it proves to be durable I’ll up grade that! So with this “Pandemic” & being “Price Gouging” ammunition dealers! This is a viable & relatively inexpensive way to train.
